Cancellation policy No cancellations or changes are allowed once the appointment is booked. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Under no circumstance are deposits refundable/exchangeable for other dates so please ensure that you select your booking and enter your information carefully. Once a deposit has been placed, the booking will be secured. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival to your booking. NO EFTPOS available in-studio (studio address will be sent via confirmation email). Your booking will be released immediately if it has been cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. Your booking is allocated a start time with the allowance of 1 hour per person. Please contact us within at least 24 hours for cancellations
